Customer Review: Well balanced, substantial and beautiful knife
Summary: 5 Stars

This is a lovely, substantial small chefs knife of excellent quality. The handle is comfortable for both large and small hands. It has a carved grip which cradles the fingers and makes it quite satisfying to hold. The graton blade keeps an edge quite well. (A graton blade has slight indentations to prevent whatever you are cutting from sticking.)

This is a great cheese knife for dry cheeses like cheddar, and it's good for preping small amounts of veggies, garlic, nuts.

I purchased four of these knives for presents after using one for two years in my own kitchen. In total I have purchased six of them for gifts.
