Usually buy Wusthof but their 10 inch chefs are $$$$ so I trolled for something more reasonable considering that this would not be used as an everyday, line chef knife.
Has good balance. Personally, would like a little more weight but I admittedly prefer heavy. Most do not? Very sharp out of the box.
Chose Mundial based on $$, blade shape, and the red handle. Yes, the red handle. Blade has less belly than Wusthof but is not as triangular as Henckles. Overall quite satisfied.
